How and when purchases are delivered.
Nothing is shipped
Airabits is an online service. Nothing physical is sent to you, and there are no shipping charges.
When you get what you bought
Your purchase is added to your Airabits account as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment and we have checked it, usually within a minute. You get a receipt by email, and the purchase and its invoice appear in Purchases. A payment shown as pending is added the moment it is confirmed.
Where you can use it
You can use Airabits from any country with an internet connection and an up-to-date browser.
If it has not arrived
If your purchase is not in your account within 24 hours of paying, write to [email protected] with the date and amount. If we cannot deliver it, you get a full refund under our Refund Policy.
